This Aries full moon is arriving just after the Autumnal Equinox, amidst the crazy movements of all of these retrograde planets going direct. This is a time for imbalance turning to balance, for numbness and dissociation to turn into passion and motivation, for the mundane to turn into magic as we begin to turn into ourselves to prepare for hibernation and inner growth and integration.Read More
Run away, and don’t look back.
No, don’t actually, but…
You will want to. You will want to feel like you are very far away, just like the full moon will be from the earth on Friday, 27 July. It is because of this that you may find it a bit more difficult to come in tune into daily life, and you may find yourself daydreaming or resenting the need to be present in your daily dealings….Read More
It’s odd, when the Universe tips things on their heads. I normally don’t write articles for new moons- article for Full Moon, guided meditation on YouTube for New Moon. But in this case, I felt it important. Why? Because this New Moon is going to act like a Full Moon.
In my last article, I stated that I regretted not posting an article for last month’s new moon in Gemini. This is why…Read More
That shadow work keeps getting deeper and deeper, folks!
Whelp… now that we’re pretty acclimated to those shifts, new ones are coming in, and, in fact, have already begun. We have two things going on: 1) Major planetary shifts, and 2) Big things going on with the sun and moon.Read More
Okay, so, the full moon in Scorpio is happening on Sunday the 29th, and that’s a big deal. But really, it’s an even bigger deal because of the timing of everything else going on around it to enhance its energies- so let’s dive deep!
About this time last year, I couldn’t help but publish one of these suckers, as well. That is because the astrological skies have decided that April is the month to start working on ourselves, last year, and now, this year. It makes sense that Universe would be choosing the month of April to throw our Big Work at us….Read More
Jitter in your skin and let the past become present as time ceases to exist and everything you’ve ever been is thrown in your face. It’s only once in this blue moon that we are thrown between reflective bookends to learn the truth in our stories.
This moon is speaking loud and clear, forcing us to look at the light shining off the palms of our hands- the glow of our own energy- and say, “Who am I, really? What experiences am I made of? What is this true and real power that I hold in my palm? …and do I dare to create with it?”…Read More
Those of you who have worked with me one-on-one are used to me asking you if you have reached the beautiful age of somewhere between 27-30, yet. That’s because every 27-29.5 years Saturn returns to the same astrological sign in the night sky that it was in when you were born.
This is what we wyrdos call a “Saturn Return”. Saturn is the sternest planet of them all, asking us to level up and see if we have learned all of the lessons that we’ve needed to learn; if we’ve truly faced ourselves, or even if we’ve truly seen ourselves, at all! It asks us to find the deepest, purest, essence of our energy and bring it to the surface….Read More
Ooooooofff people, it’s time to feel that fiiiirrreeee!
Last month when the moon was full in Pisces, we were feeling all the feels. This month with the moon in Aries, it’s time to act on those feels. And it’s not like last month’s feels were fluffs and rainbows. Much of what seemed to be happening in general society, in 1-1 conversations with people and clients, and even in my personal life was gloomy and fear-based.
With last month’s full moon and Neptune retrograde in the same placement, many questions came up surrounding boundaries: Which lines were others crossing that made us uncomfortable? Or, which lines were not even established that we realised needed to? Where was there disease in our relationships? After sitting with those feelings for the last four weeks and starting to establish a bit of passion around the subject, the water has come to boil, and it’s time for those boundaries to be set! ….Read More
It is at this time of the year in the northern hemisphere that the leaves start to change and the air gets a tad crisper. Or, well, if you happen to be in the Midwest right now, at 80 degrees Fahrenheit and humid maybe it doesn’t feel that way, so much. But it will come, soon enough.
Regardless, the Autumnal Equinox marks the seasonal change from summer into fall, from warmth into chill, from life into harvest of life, from light into darkness. It marks a change not only in nature, but within the Self. As the weather gets cooler, we tend to retreat inside a bit more often. In turn, we also tend to retreat into ourselves. Meditate a bit more (and yes, daydreaming and curling up by the fire watching movies counts). Introspect a bit more. Reflect a bit more….Read More
It just so happens that the summer solstice is upon us in the northern hemisphere once again.
This yearly pique of daylight reminds us to keep our heads held high and embrace the gold that dwells within us. It helps us to seize all that we are and unleash it unapologetically.
This time last year, the full moon fell on the solstice, bringing us an extra element of fullness and illumination to bring forth our inner greatness out into the light of the world….Read More
With Mercury, Saturn and Venus in retrograde at the same time, what we are doing is looking at our patterns, facing our lessons, facing our selves, questioning what we really want out of life, discarding things that are not serving us, and having to put forth more effort into communicating with each other. The full moon in Libra falling on the 11th will illuminate all of this and help to bring it to a pinnacle where you can really vacillate with freedom between your choices before collaborating with your higher self, your inner knowing, and any astral friends (or guides or whatever you might have helping you on the other side of the veil) to make any important judgments or decisions you might need to make in order to move forward in the most direct and pleasing way on your path….Read More
Today I want to talk about the three-fold theme of this year: balance, facing your shadows, and tossing out what you don’t need. It’s been on my mind a lot all year, but more specifically this last week, and the themes seem to be touching everyone I talk to, whether I knew them previously or not. Those three things tie together in beautiful and profound ways, each theme forcing you to dive into the next and then back again. And each cycle of each theme that you experience forces you to go into the next one deeper, and then the next one deeper, yet again.
Let’s talk about balance: light and dark. We need both to survive- metaphorically, spiritually, and literally in the physical world. There is no way that we would be able to know one without the other, and if you look at it in nature, a flame is seen better at night, and the cast of sunlight creates shadows. Half the year is darker days and half the year light, half our time day and half our time night, and the list goes on….Read More
Now is our time.
Our time to shine.
Our time to step up and share who we are- as individuals, as psychics, as healers, as lovers- with the world.
Our country and our world have flipped to the shadow side. Perhaps that is why Brexit happened. Perhaps that is why Isis is happening. Perhaps that is why Trump was voted into office. The world is turning and churning, the scales of darkness and light flipping back and forth and on top of themselves and rolling around like maggots in a treehouse.
Many people are scared right now, and that is okay. I, myself, was very fearful yesterday and the day before, and even a little bit today. But now, I am excited- let me tell you why….Read More
